Why are you/this blog called WantonWonton?
Well "wanton" means to be playful, unrestrained, immoral and I absolutely love dumplings so it was a fun play on words to pair it with "wonton". Who doesn't want to be a cheeky dumpling?
Where are you?
I was from New Jersey, USA but currently I am residing in Singapore.

Do you have any culinary background?
I have been cooking in a restaurant environment for about 8 years and have dabbled in private catering. I also went to culinary school a few years ago.
